Kent worked as a planner, master scheduler, demand planning manager, and S&OP coordinator at manufacturers including Schneider Electric and Legrand. Along the way he owned the results that hiring managers care about most. He drove on-time delivery from 60 percent to 90 percent, cut inventory by 44 percent, lifted fulfillment by 31 percent, and moved a supply chain from China to Mexico in six months.

That operating background shapes how Kent runs a search. Because he has held these roles, he screens for what a resume cannot show: whether a candidate can run an S&OP process, hold a schedule under pressure, and make the tradeoffs the job demands.

Kent holds CPIM and CDDP certifications, is an active member of ASCM, and earned his supply chain degree from the University of Arkansas. He works with small and mid-size manufacturers across the Southeast and is based in Asheville, North Carolina.
